Prima Facie is one of my favorite spots for breakfast and coffee in Parkville. I've had both the croissant sandwich and the lox and bagel, and both were excellent. The coffee is also very good. The service has always been friendly and attentive, and I especially enjoy dining alfresco when the weather is nice. Their baked goods are delicious as well and worth trying. During my most recent visit, my order took a little longer than usual, but it was such a beautiful day outside that I honestly didn't even notice. The manager, however, pointed it out and reversed the charges on my credit card. They absolutely didn't have to do that, but it speaks volumes about the level of customer service they provide. Great food, great coffee, and truly exceptional service. I'll definitely keep coming back.
