I stopped in for lunch after learning they had quiche on their market menu. I was not disappointed, it was wonderful. I’ve tried other places quiches and the crust is ruined by the establishment reheating in a microwave. Here, they use a high convection oven combined with minimal microwaves to heat the middle while preserving the flaky crust. They get extra points for keeping decaf brewed coffee on tap. The atmosphere was good acoustically, and pleasant with morning light coming in the wall of eastern facing windows. The tables were a little close together which made getting from my table to the self serve water area a little cumbersome.
