I don't even know how to start this post to review Prima Facie Bistro and Market. I guess I should say "one of the best dining experiences I've had since the old Webster House downtown". The ambience of PRIMA FACIE BISTRO is first class. I would say upscale casual (with an emphasis on the upscale) yet warm and inviting enough that you can just go in jeans and not feel out of place. We were greeted at the door by some very welcoming and professional staff members, then promptly ushered to a table where we were waited on swiftly by our friendly server Cole (he was outstanding). The manager, Aaron, was pitching in helping wherever needed, assisting staff and visiting tables to ask if the dining experience was satisfactory. And the food! Oh.My.Gosh! The food was an otherworldly experience! Seriously, even better than most places I've been to on the Plaza! And at reasonable prices for the quality and quantity as well! Especially noteworthy was the fact that the door greeters and server knew it was my hubby's special day and wished him a happy birthday (and even gave us a complimentary dessert)! I had mentioned it when making my reservations, but was astounded at how all the staff seemed to know!Judging from how well they did on only their second day, I'd say this place is going to be a huge success!! A great experience from beginning to end. I would very highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! 👍👍
