Went here this week for our anniversary and was blown away by the service. The food was delicious as well, but the service was exceptional. Really made us feel celebrated and even sent us off with an anniversary card, signed by all the staff. Treated us to a free dessert and we’re truly exemplary. Best steak + fries in KC.

We were so happy to see a new gorgeous place open up in the heart of Parkville! We had dinner one night and went to the market the next morning! This place is so beautiful and I love the palm beach vibe in the additional private dining areas and bathroom! Truly beautiful place! Dinner was excellent! We didn’t get the bread because we didn’t realize when we saw it go out to each table that it was an appetizer that you order- but that looked amazing! We will definitely be ordering it next time! The salads were delicious and the grilled chicken we ordered on top was grilled perfectly and made the dinner salad a meal! The smash burger isn’t officially on the menu at night but it was SO good! I would go at lunch just to be able to try out more of the sandwich options. The brownie was so good and the perfect finish to the night!! The market was so cute!! We ended up getting some cute dog toys, and other items and we also ordered the egg and cheddar waffle sandwich and the quiche Lorraine! They were both perfect and that sandwich was too good!!!! We ordered it with the sausage and we also had the iced tea, Americano, and frappachino! Everything was so good!!

Our waitress Kait was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu—offering thoughtful recommendations without ever being overbearing. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. The highlight of the night was, without a doubt, the flat iron steak. Cooked to absolute perfection, it was tender, juicy, and full of rich, beefy flavor. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the meat without overpowering it. Served with a simple but well-executed side of truffle fries, it struck the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. Also, can’t forget about the best dirty martini with a clever twist. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the experience—relaxed yet refined, beautiful - elegant decor with a buzz that never felt overwhelming. This is a much-welcomed addition to help freshen up the historic downtown Parkville! I have been hearing from other locals how great their experience was at Prima and our visit did not disappoint! We stopped in one late Saturday afternoon, about 2pm, and were seated right away. Our waitress greeted us promptly with a welcoming smile! What really stands out is the variety of salads on their menu! And most can be ordered in 1/2 sizes with a protein added. I chose the beet salad with blackened salmon; it was absolutely delicious and the salmon was cooked to perfection! This newly renovated space is bright and modern, and it's atmosphere is perfect for both lunch and dinner service. I highly recommend you check it out on your next visit to Parkville!

My friend eats here all the time since it has opened and now I see why. I came with her for lunch and we split the whipped feta appetizer which was amazing, then we split the Mediterranean salad and smash burger and it was the best burger I have ever eaten. Def quality meat and you could really tell a difference. The French fries were crinkle cut and were perfectly golden and crisp. The salad was awesome too. We also had a cocktail each which i forgot name of it but it was a tequila drink with a spicy rim, it was fantastic too. I can’t wait to return!
