I love this place! The food and service is top notch. I love the fresh soups, mussels, salmon, beet salad...my friends love the smashburger. Our servers have been friendly, informative and quick. A great place for a business or friends lunch or dinner.

Not only is the place beautiful but the food is spectacular! We were pleased to find out they have a seasonal menu. Our waitress, Cat, made our experience so enjoyable. Food: bone marrow for starters was amazing/My husband's filet was cooked perfectly and tender. My pasta with lobster was delicious. We had dessert which consisted of butterscotch & toasted macadamia nuts. The chef's here are truly amazing. I could go on and on but go for yourself and find out how wonderful this place truly is!

the restaurant is quite well designed, it's quiet and has a nice atmosphere. the food was delicious and the menu had a good selection of food and drink options. I had the lobster pasta and couldn't finish it I was so full! the calamari is also delicious and my friend loved their smash burger.

Highly recommend!! The atmosphere is very eclectic and has a legal flair to it. Very comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman that runs the front of the house couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. The server was unbelievably knowledgeable about the food and her service was impeccable. The bathrooms were roomy and very clean. The food was the star of the show and dessert was decadent. Never felt rushed. I will definitely return. Good job everyone!! You made an awesome first impression!!

We visited the day before valentines day and we had a great date night experience. Our server Joseph was wonderful after we were greeted at the door with the door being held open by the host. She also didn't mind taking our picture on our way out. We were sat at a high top table and the only negative was feeling like we closed off the pathway for the servers as they quickly darted around us. We still had a great experience with a good appetizer of calamari and a glass of wine and the deposition, a bacon fat washed bourbon mixed well. The lobster and bistro steak were both good along with the chocolate cake and sambucca. The live piano and singer was noticeable, but a little faint. Thank you for the great experience and we hope to come back to try other drinks and food that caught our eye.

We had Elizabeth as our server and she was absolutely outstanding! She knew the menu front to back, gave great suggestions and lovely conversationalist. Everything we had on the menu was delicious! We started With the steak tartar and whipped feta for our appetizer. Had the beet salad and smoked salmon salad and then shared the lobster radiatori. We finished with the butterscotch pot de crème and an espresso. Loved the live piano being played by Walter! The vibe and esthetics were on point… 10/10 will be back again.

Prima Facie is by far the best restaurant I've ever been around the larger Metropolitan area of KC. Every visit has been nothing but excellent. They take pride in every step of service, from wait staff to ambiance and presentation. I have visited several times and yet I yearn to come back over and over. I have not hesitated to recommend this to several people and will do so to anyone who asks for a good restaurant suggestion.
