Wow! We've found the perfect spot for coffee, refreshers, brunch and much more! My favorites on the menu so far are the quiche, salmon salad, power bowl and the watermelon mint refresher! Excited to drop in this weekend on opening day 2. Welcomed by kind spirited staff. The menu carries a variety of options - coffee, tea, boba, smoothies, breakfast items, soup, salad, and sandwiches. Had a perfectly brewed Americano and a yummy Pan Au Chocolate Croissant. I'll be returning soon to try the Smoked Salmon Nicoise salad or the Heirloom Tomato Caprese sandwich. Amazing Experience at Prima Facie Bistro and Market I ate at Prima Facie Bistro and Market in Parkville today, and it was fantastic! The food was fresh and delicious—everything from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the wild-caught salmon was perfection. Although this is a new restaurant, it most definitely did not feel that way! I visited the market side for my first time. There is a lot of cute knick-knacks scattered around the store you can buy. There’s a patio outside. The staff were extremely friendly and in addition, the food was great and tasted so fresh! I will definitely be back!

I ate at The Market. They also have a restaurant called Prima Facia in the same building. What a breath of fresh air for Parkville, Missouri! A cozy market in the heart of downtown! Lots of beverage options. A nice place for breakfast or lunch with a friend :-). Bread was super fresh as well as the salad. I love the smoothies. The smoothie had just the right amount of sweetness, not overdone.
